Traditional Okinawan (Pine Forest style) Matsubayashi, Shorin-Ryu Karate

We stress working with a partner as opposed to competing against an opponent. We strive to develop better human beings, not just fighters.  “There is no first attack in Karate”, Karate is a Martial Art, not a sport.

Beginners work at their own level.  No competition, everyone works together/supporting each other.
